The specs builder: sections, units and publishing
Twelve standard sections, smart measurement fields, gear suggestions and drafts you publish when ready.
Required to publish: venue name, venue type, city and country, at least one capacity, and at least one production contact or one tech pack document.
Everything else is optional, in twelve sections: overview, stage, rigging, power, lighting, audio, video, backline, load-in & parking, backstage, labor and policies, plus your contacts. Each field says why crews care, and the completeness ring shows the most valuable thing to add next (stage size, trim height, rigging point loads, power services, docks).
- Type measurements the way you normally write them (
60',60' 6",18.3 m,2,500 lb); they're stored precisely and shown to each crew in their own units. - Inventories (lighting, audio, video, backline) suggest makes and models from a gear catalog as you type.
- Power services are entered as a table: amps, phase, voltage, connector, location and use.
Changes save as a private draft as you go. Publish shows the list of changes and makes them live as the next revision; followers get that list by email.
