Notifications and emails
The bell, what we email you about, and how to choose.
The bell at the top of every page collects your notifications: new messages, updates to venues you saved, answers to venue claims and access requests, being added to a tour or a venue team, your data export being ready, news about your plan, and notes from the techpack.live team. New ones appear live, without reloading.
In Settings → Notifications you choose what is also emailed:
- Messages: email me right away, a daily summary, or don't email.
- Saved venue updates: an email listing exactly what changed when a venue you saved publishes.
- Product news: occasional updates about techpack.live, a few times a year. Off unless you turn it on, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe.
Account and security emails (confirming your address, password resets, sign-in alerts) and emails about your plan and payments are always sent.
