Building a tour and its tech pack packet

Add your dates, link each to a venue, keep your own plots and patches with each show.

Go to Tours and create a tour (for example Fall 2026). Add dates one by one: pick the date, start typing the venue and choose it from the list. Dates without a listed venue can still be added with a name and city.

• Each date shows the venue's current documents and their age, your own files for that show (plots, patches, advance sheets) and any messages with the venue.
• Fit report: the tightest stage, trim, power and dock on the run (see The tour fit report).
• Tour packet: Download all builds one ZIP with every date's current tech pack, organized by date and venue, plus a contents list.
• Crew: invite crew members by email; they see the tour and its files.

Your tours are private to you and the crew you invite. Venues never see them unless you message them.
