Previewing and downloading documents
Open any document in the built-in viewer, search inside it, or download the original file.
Click a document's thumbnail or Preview to open it in the viewer:
- PDFs open on the page they're on, with zoom, page navigation and search inside the document.
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are shown as a PDF preview.
- Images open full size; ZIP archives list what's inside.
- 3D files (MVR, GDTF, glTF/GLB, OBJ, STL, FBX, 3DS, Collada, PLY) open in the 3D viewer.
- Other drawing files (DWG, DXF, Vectorworks, Capture, ArrayCalc) are labeled and can be downloaded.
Download always gives you the venue's original file, unchanged.
Each document shows when it was last updated. A green dot means updated in the last six months, amber up to a year, red older than a year: worth confirming with the venue before you rely on it.
Venues choose who can see each document: anyone, signed-in members (the default), or on request. For documents on request, click Request access; the venue gets a notification and you get an email when they decide.
