Advance sheets

Send the venue a structured advance and track it until it's finished.

On any tour date, choose New advance sheet. Templates include a lighting advance (house LD, power passthrough, network type, FOH riser, spots, comms, haze, truss packages) and a general production advance (load-in, crew, power, rigging, parking, curfew).

Fill in what you know, then Send to venue. The venue gets a message with a link to complete it. Status moves from Draft to Sent, In progress and Complete, and both sides can print it or save it as PDF.
