Contacting a venue: call, text, email or message
Every venue contact can be reached the way that suits the moment.
Venue contacts (production manager, technical director, department heads) are shown to signed-in members with buttons to call, text or email, which open your phone's or computer's own apps.
Message starts a conversation on techpack.live. Everyone on the venue's team who handles messages sees it, gets an email, and replies here, so the whole thread stays with the venue and your tour date. Attach plots, patches or riders to any message. Replies arrive live while you're on the page, and by email when you're not.
If a venue hasn't joined yet, we email its listed production contact for you, and you can use the contact details from its tech pack. You can also invite the venue to claim its listing so it can keep things current.
