Uploading documents: file types, versions and visibility

PDF, Office, images, ZIP, drawings and 3D files, with version history and access control.

Drag files onto Documents (or tap to choose them). Supported: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, ZIP, drawings (DWG, DXF, Vectorworks, Capture, ArrayCalc) and 3D files (MVR, GDTF, glTF/GLB, OBJ, STL, FBX, 3DS, Collada, PLY). Up to 300 MB each.

• Every file is scanned for viruses before anyone can open it, then previewed and indexed so its text is searchable. 3D files open in the 3D viewer; MVR scenes are summarized with their fixtures by type.
• New version: upload a replacement on an existing document. The old one moves to version history and followers are told it changed.
• Visibility: Anyone, Signed-in members (the default), On request or Private (your team only). For documents on request, you approve or decline each person from Documents → Requests, and they're emailed your answer.
