Acceptable Use Policy

techpack.live works because venues and crews can trust what's here. When you use it, don't:

• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, harassing or hateful.
• Upload malware, or files designed to exploit software (every upload is scanned; attempts are logged and reported).
• Claim a venue you don't represent, or impersonate a person, venue, tour or company.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the directory or documents, or use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission. Normal use (including downloading every tech pack for your own tour) is fine.
• Resell, republish or redistribute venue documents outside the purpose they were shared for.
• Send spam, chain messages or unsolicited marketing through messaging or contact features.
• Probe, scan or test the Service's security, overload it, or get around rate limits, access controls or download quotas. Found a vulnerability? Report it to support@techpack.live.
• Share your account or use someone else's.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Report a problem with Report on any venue, document or message, or email support@techpack.live.
