Venues can simply upload the tech pack they already have. The Tech Pack Builder is the better way to keep it current: every pack built here has the same layout, so crews always know where trim height, power and the dock are, and an update takes minutes instead of a round trip through a word processor and a CAD program.
- Specs builder: twelve standard sections, from the stage to labor and policies, with fields that understand feet and meters and inventories with gear suggestions.
- Plan Studio: scaled ground, rigging, power, lighting, audio-video and load-in plans with a symbol library, live rigging and power math, title blocks and legends.
- Tech pack PDF: one click turns the specs and drawings into a branded, standardized PDF, published on your venue page.
Every publish is a numbered revision with an automatic change list, and crews who follow your venue get it by email. Your venue's specs also feed search, comparisons and tour fit reports, which a PDF alone can't. You'll find the builder under your venue's Specs, Drawings and Build PDF tabs.
The specs builder and Plan Studio are free for every venue; the branded PDF is part of Venue Pro (Pricing), and everything is free while paid plans are opening.
